  Served with grilled marinated pork chop. Did not decant; opened about an hour before serving. This is a relatively inexpensive Bordeaux with medium ruby color, light cassis initially on the nose, relatively thin mid-range and finish at the start, but after an hour or so began to fill in was a good generic Bordeaux with clean fruit, mild soft tannins, and a good everyday wine. Will probably not buy more of these, but would drink if offered.
