  • PnP, screw cap, 12% Alc., calm light yellow color without any signs of ageeing.

Nose: White stone fruit, Mirabelle, good depth.

Palate: Medium body, cool initial mouthfeel, fine lemon, acid and structure, subdued cocktail of white and yellow stone fruit, minerality and black slate in the background, some green flavors, alltogether with a lovely balance. Good to very good complexity and length. Such a pleasure to have this wine with some seafood!

As far as I know part of the Forster Riesling are from 'Pechstein', possibly the young grapes or the first part of the harvest.
