PnP, screw cap, 12% Alc., calm light yellow color without any signs of ageeing.
Nose: White stone fruit, Mirabelle, good depth.
Palate: Medium body, cool initial mouthfeel, fine lemon, acid and structure, subdued cocktail of white and yellow stone fruit, minerality and black slate in the background, some green flavors, alltogether with a lovely balance. Good to very good complexity and length. Such a pleasure to have this wine with some seafood!
As far as I know part of the Forster Riesling are from 'Pechstein', possibly the young grapes or the first part of the harvest.

developing very nicely with clear petroleum notes coming forward and adding a new level to the zipping acidity, lime, pomelo and chewy smoky mineral finish.
