  A delicate, fresh and mineral rose. Refined aromas of cherry, watermelon, peach and chalk. Medium bodied on the palate, soft and round, with good acid, a touch of sugar and a long, clean, mineral finish. Beautiful in a crowd pleasing style. Very delicate, only 12% abv. Good for another year. Nice with pan fried salmon.
