  Pleasant dry white wine for daily use. The Serrocielo (100 percent Falanghina) shows a very pale straw yellow color and an elegant nose with scents of white flowers, green apple and nuances of fresh melon. The medium concentrated palate is dominated by crisp citrus fruit and a really high acidity level. Reasonable finish with some steely mineral notes. Drinking window: now and in the next few years. Pairs well with seafood and cold pasta dishes.
  
  Aangename, droge witte wijn voor dagelijks drinkplezier. De Serrocielo (100 percent Falanghina) heeft een zeer bleke strogele kleur en een elegant bouquet met aroma’s van witte bloemen, groene appel en een vleugje verse meloen. Een wijn met een medium geconcentreerd smaakpatroon, dat wordt gedomineerd door pittig citrusfruit en een stevig aciditeitsniveau. Redelijke afdronk met wat stalige, minerale nuances. Te drinken: nu en in de komende jaren. Past goed bij zeevruchten en gerechten op basis van koude pasta.
