Murky ruby color. Cherry cola, crushed blueberries & black pepper. Doesn’t have the natural wine “fizz” but it does have an evliving mouth feel & chocolate covered cherry, pine needle & wood.

Slight impression of carbonic cherry, moist earth, slight manure, but also stemmy curry notes - stems seem to smell like bitter almond, orange pips, slight lettuce/kale, faint raw asparagus- but icy, like cucumber (I don't have a clear sense-memory of stems, so this is my attempt to capture it). Dry, medium body, medium plus alcohol - feels 13.5% (correct), medium plus acid, medium tannins - a bit harsh and papery. A slightly wild finish of carbonic cherry, moist earth, faint manure, and stemmy herbaceousness. Very interesting.

Nice red fruit, earth. The acidity creates a tartness that subtracts from the body.

Nice fruit, though needs at least 30 min to allow acidity to back off. Unfiltered, garnet juice of med appearance, though light in body.
