100% biodynamically farmed Loureiro. 12% alcohol. Total production 7,666 bottles.
Hazy yellowish green color. Herbal and aromatic nose with notes of grass, tart green apples, some floral tones and tangy, lemony sharpness. The wine is crisp, lively and spritzy on the palate with fresh flavors of green apples, grapefruit, some yeasty character, a little bit of grassy greenness and a hint of gooseberry leaves on the palate. Overall the wine is dry and straightforward on the palate, but it feels somewhat modest-to-medium in acidity, making the freshness rely almost solely on the carbonation. The finish is crisp, lively and slightly grassy with medium to moderately long flavors of apple peel bitterness, some grapefruit, a hint of yeasty leesiness and a tingly touch of carbonation.
A nice, simple and refreshing little pet-nat. As a wine this is nothing particularly interesting or complex, but very seldom these pet-nats actually are. This is more like an old-school bottle-fermented Vinho Verde, as opposed to those modern, clean Vinho Verders that get their carbonation through impregnation method, i.e. "sodastreaming". Enjoyable little drop for a warm summer's day picnic.

A bit more bubbles then your average natural pet nats.

Full flavored. Bready. Clean mouth feel. High acid and small bead. A bit uninteresting IMO.

250 NOK Flott anslag og lukt av eple og pære. Lett og litt tynn avslutning ala prosecco
