Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • {screwacp, 10.5%} Pale straw. Muted nose (served v cold, but warming up didn't change it much) Only the gentlest citric/talc character to the nose. The palate is light-bodied, and honestly, verging on dilute. Looking at the alcohol, and the fact it's dry, I wondered about the ripeness - not that it tastes green, just that it's very dilute. Medium acid, short finish of vague white fruits, gentle apple. Short, rather anonymous finish. A bit high-yield overall. Not sure age will help.
