  100% Pinot Noir
  from Kristy's Vineyard on west bench over the Salinas River with sandy soil.
  100% de-stemmed; 12 day skin contact; 3 day cold soak;
  9 day fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
  Aged 9 months in used French barrels.
  13.5% Abv. 4730 cases.
  Partnership: Steve Dooley (Stephen Ross Winery) and Sandy Gerber (Gerber & Co. Wine)
  
  A(ccuray)=2: Med light cherry/red. Floral, smoky varietal.
  B(alance)=3: Pure and fresh components in harmony.
  C(omplexity)=2: Red berries, cinnamon, pepper, toast.
  D(epth)=1: Vibrant mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
