Paul Bara Dinner (La Bocca, Stockholm): (Approx 2 500 bottles made per vintage) Intense showing of peppery and cherry on the nose at first and the opening up some more showing stables, herbs and grass in a pleasant youthful style. Palate is intense with rought tannins and high acidity that hides the warm sweet morello fruit. This is a bit more intense compared with the 2006 vintage showing more spicyness and needs quite some time to open up itself.
