  • By the glass at the excellent Aleria, Athens. Freshly opened bottle.
Among the best the country has to offer and a yardstick for quality and level. This is the wine that begun our theory that Greece makes world beating sweet wines, good & special whites and the reds are in development albeit definitely improved over the last 10years.
And this 2013 was at par with the quality of past vintages, good balance of acidity and sweetness. Apricots, light honey, smokey caramel touches. On the palate is simply beutiful , well round, fresh with good texture and really world class. Superb once again 93-94
