Medium/Deep Ruby, notes of tobacco and cedar and ripe cherry on the nose. Taste is spicy and structured with well integrated tanins, ripe cherry and tobacco. Surprisingly balanced and good value, absolutely in the drinking window but could develop further on. Note to myself to buy more, for around 20 Euro 229 SEK is this a great bargain.

Merlot, Franc. This is limestone in the soil. part of this is also doing vilification in barrels. Very fine harmonizing complexity to the wine. Dirnkable now but with some gumption on the palate and probably needing to air out a bit. Meaning the stuffing is all there - lots of drive and energy and power to it. They call it a fresh vintage now. She notes the climate is definitely changing and its not usual to have a 13.5% Merlot in Bordeaux anymore. And here not over ripe at all. Classica and classy stuff.

Trop jeune. À l'ouverture, le nez montre des fruits noirs, de la terre et du bois. La bouche ne montre que des tanins jeunes et astringents. On épaule et on attend 3h. Le vin s'ouvre alors et montre une bouche plus fruitée et une finale minérale. Pas mauvais mais il faudrait lui donner pas mal d'âge et espérer qu'il gagne en complexité. On verra au deuxième jour...
Jour 3: ça manque de cohésion. L'alcool devient apparent.

P&P, from a magnum. Fresh, velvety and good fruit. Very nice. Could keep up the comparison with a Barde-Haut 2015 very well.
