Medium-deep and quite intense yellow-green color. Rich and heady nose with aromas that are very true to the variety: lychee, rosewater, some honeyed tones, a little bit of verbena, light apple juice tones and a hint of exotic spice. The wine is rich, full-bodied and oily on the palate with juicy, medium-sweet flavors of lychee, rosewater, some pear, a little bit of honey and a hint of bitter exotic spices. Although quite big and only medium in acidity, the wine still retains surprisingly good sense of balance. The finish is medium-dry, long and quite rich with flavors of exotic spices, some pear, a little bit of lychee, light floral notes of rosewater and a hint of exotic spice.
A classic, balanced and well-made Gewurztraminer. The residual sugar makes the wine feel not only medium-sweet, but also quite big and lush as well, but still there is enough acidity and bitterness to keep it all together. Most likely will keep nicely for a handful of years more. Solid value at 13,99€.

Luminous pale straw yellow color with faint lime-green highlights. The nose is very expressive with perfumed floral tones of roses, ripe pear, some exotic spices, a little bit of lychee and a hint of honey. The wine is broad, oily and full-bodied on the palate with medium-dry to slightly sweet, juicy flavors of persimmon, some rosewater, a little bit of honeyed richness, a hint of pear marmalade and a touch of spicy bitterness. The wine is medium in acidity, yet it retains great balance for a wine this rich and sort of sweet. The finish is quite long, medium-sweet and rich with flavors of lychee, rosewater, some floral spice, a little bit of ripe pear and a hint of beeswax.
A very nice, balanced and well made Gewürztraminer that might be a tad low in the acidity department, yet it doesn't suffer from it. Very true to the variety. If you need a harmonious and characterful off-dry wine for reasonable price, this is definitely a good alternative. Solid value at 13,98€.

There is nothing especially bad about the wine, but it is very sweet and I don't like that. The after taste is pretty nice though.
