  Nose: tomato leafs, green bell pepper, geranium, elderflower, peach, when warmer some passion fruit
  Taste: medium bodied, high- acidity, lime, kiwi, grapefruit, gooseberry, green bell pepper, grass, mineral notes, long finish, very elegant, pure, very fresh, green, intense but in different way than NZ's SB
