On open, the wine was fairly tight, showing little on the nose and a fairly linear lemon pith profile on the palate. With hours of air, developed richness and depth, with a heavier mouthfeel than one might expect from Pinot Gris. Lemon pith and stony salinity on the palate and through a lengthy, acidic, minerally finish. Good, with nice structure and length but without very much complexity.

Very light flavor. Not a great wine to drink on its own. We drank this with some Cajun food for dinner and it paired very well.
