  Lighter than expected. Worked well as a summer accompaniment to a salmon (me) and chicken (her) on the Pinehurst Veranda. Oak is present but not at all over the top. Pear, lemon grass with a pretty strong oak on the finish. Fairly well balanced but I would recommend drinking soon. It really won’t age that long.
