  Have you ever wondered what Mourvèdre, the M of GSM tastes like? This Austin Hope 100% Mourvèdre gives you that opportunity. Inky purple, very aromatic nose, reminiscent of a 100% Cab Franc. 0n the palate alot of vanilla and chocolate, blackberry, raspberry,and a flavor I couldn't identify. A tasty wine and I can now understand why it is used and what it contributes. A great education
