The 2014 Kelly Fleming Big Pour is substantially sweeter than the 2017. Ripe, jammy, palate-coating, and still quite oaky, it has plenty black fruit on offer, but not much by way of complexity. Drink with food over the next few years.

Popped and poured on New Years Eve with friends. Enjoyed early in the evening. Big nose of blackberries, smoke, tobacco, black cherry. Super silky tannins, big bold fruit, but well balanced. Long finish. This bottle was awesome.

Drink now. This wine has peaked. I don’t see it lasting more than another year or two.
