Cherry and strawberry fruits with slight barnyard notes, spices, eraser dust and smoke residue notes. Savory and cherry on the palate. Great acidic backbone carried the spicy, savory fruit through a chalky satisfying finish. So delicious.

A bright, elegant, and crisp pinot from the Jura. Funky, reductive nose on opening, but bright, pure fruit and acidity on the palate. After 30 minutes the nose starts to open up and becomes more in line with the palate.

Good notes below - it is indeed a bit funky, fizzy, tart, but also earthy, herbaceous, and darn enjoyable, especially cooler than room temp. Night two - reminding me of a natural cru Beaujolais.

Similar to previous bottles. Highly reductive notes, and too sharp acidity on initial pour. Not pleasant.

Similar to last note - leans a bit too far in the reductive style for my liking, but still plenty of intrigue
