  This was drinking very well tonight after about an hour or so of air with lots of cool green orchard fruit, baking and Asian spice notes, brisk acidity and a firm minerality. There’s good depth and concentration here, but perhaps a little less expressive than the last bottle I opened.

  This was drinking exquisitely tonight after an hour or so of air with rich, penetrating cool green fruit, Asian spice undertones, some subtle hints of tangerine and a firm core of minerality. The acidity on the long finish is brisk and uplifting. This was absolutely delightful tonight.

  Henri Boillot Meursault 1. Cru Les Poruzots 2016 smakes over flere dager med vakum-plugg som fungerer utmerket. Lys gul/grønn på farve, medium pluss intensitet og kompleksitet på både duft og smak.
  Elegant vin, mineralsk og fruktig, rik uten å bli mektig. Søt steinfrukt, sitrus, noe honning, urter og smør på duft. Integrert fat, fin og fyldig munnfølelse, god syre og lang lett bitter ettersmak.
  Dette er virkelig en lekker vin! Blir lett andektig og lurer på om dette er meningen med hvitvin...

  from non-estate parcel of 1er cru Les Poruzots with clay and limestone soil and yield of 35 Hl/Ha.
  Aged in oak casks (50% new, the rest 1 use) for 12 months.
  Proprietors/Winemakers: Henri Boillot (blanc), and son Guillaume Boillot (rouge)
  
  A(ccuracy)=2: Med lemon/gold. Woody and yeasty varietal.
  B(alance)=2: Ripe fruit with oak forward.
  C(omplexity)=2: Stone fruits, baking yeast, saline minerality.
  D(epth)=2: Firn mouthfeel. Full palate and lingering finish.
  
  Wine Tally Score [2,2,2,2] = 8/10
