I liked the bottle we had last year slightly better. But not sure if it is bottle variation or just my palate. This had a very pronounced pineapple flavor, some ripe apple, good acidity, overall quite rich and with some buttery brioche style oak flavors, but it also has a mineral/metallic crispness one commonly finds in steeltank whites. A very good wine (especially for 10€), but it felt slightly disjointed. - 89 points

Another excellent Austrian Chardonnay from the 2015 vintage. Tropical fruits mix with ripe apple flavors, some vanilla oak and brioche flavors, medium acidity but a nice chalky mineral core. Not unlike a medium level Chablis in style. Lovely for drinking now. Excellent for its price. - 90 points
