Medium-bodied, with smooth tannin and strong acidity. Intense, powerful flavours of plum, raspberry, and woody spice. A little more intense and less easy-drinking than other Bin 555s I've tasted.

Dark, quite fully opaque black cherry color. Ripe and rather sweet-toned aromas of plum-driven dark fruits and some blackberry jam. Quite soft, mellow and gentle on the palate with full body and jammy, sweet-toned flavors of strawberry jam, blackberry marmalade, some overripe cherries, a little bit of chocolatey oak and a hint of herbal minty character. Mellow tannins and rather low acidity. Rather soft, sweet and short finish with flavors of blackberry marmalade, some overripe cherries, a little bit of chocolatey oak and a hint of minty character. The high alcohol lends some heat to the aftertaste.
A juicy, boring and generic new world Shiraz with no sense of structure and no character to speak of. Utterly boring stuff. I have no idea why anyone would want to buy this kind of stuff. Overpriced at 13,98€.
