13.5% ABV. Deep yellow colour. Citrus, gooseberry, lemon, nettle, herbaceous notes, wet wool, light oak spice, salt, and a flinty/fire stone aspect, with good acidity and very good length. Full- to medium-body, with a full, oily and creamy texture. Good concentration, and great intensity. Speaks of the sea. Great with food! Drink or hold.

A blend of 56% Sauvignon Blanc and 44% Sémillon. 13.5% ABV. Diam cork. Bright medium yellow colour. Citrus, herbaceous notes, nettle, a wooly component, mild oak spice and an intriguing, persistent fire stone note, with lively acidity and very good length. Good, medium to full body. The lively and fresh wine was balanced and harmonious, with good concentration and complexity. I liked it quite a bit! Food-friendly. Should age well. Drink or hold.

Greengolden color; Herbaceaous smell, typical of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate svelte and light but has good mouthfeel. Starts to round out. Sauvignon Blanc still dominant. A wine rather for a warm summer day.

Flint, wet earth and pebbles on the beach, some melon. Has some depth and should further come together when all the components have fully blended in. Holds some promisee for the future.
