Again, I don’t like bubbles and this is amazing. Mineral taste with great effervescence. I don’t even know how to describe this. It’s awesome and I’m sad it was the last bottle I had.

Almeno due anni dalla sboccatura. Champagne pieno, energico e suadente, caratterizzato da un naso ampio e variegato e una bocca ancora giovane, citrina ma di bella pienezza. Bolla finissima e cremosa. Lunga persistenza. Tanti anni di evoluzione davanti.

Sunday Funday (Chicago, IL): Very nice wine for the level, with just a mild hint of yellow fruit on the nose. There's a nice sappy quality here, and the palate, while dominated by the lean 2010 acidity has a nice roundness from the fruit (and perhaps a very slight bit of nuttiness) that balances things out.

MNB: Old Wines II (Jesper's): Slightly bruised apple with acidic green apple and lemon. Very acidic but has some ripeness. Impressive for zero dosage.
