  Elegant, lean and mineral, with some green herbaceous character but also brambles, dark chocolate and savoury notes. Medium bodied, bright acidity.

  At 67 Pall Mall (Singapore). Always great to come back to Domaine A, be it Pinot, Cab Sauv or Sauvignon Blanc, these guys make really good shit. Medium garnet in the glass. Huge boost of herbaceousness on the nose which masks the fruit a little bit. There is some obvious tertiary notes as well in forms of tobacco, caramelized coffee and freshly dug up soil. Tannins on this are ripe and grippy, acidity is high, but the depth of this wine is not there. It's not as expressed as in previous vintages and because of that I don't see this wine developing much in the future. Structurally it will go strong for 4-5 years, but won't offer too much in flavor development.
