Decanted just over an hour; a blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon and 37% Carmenere. Very smooth, medium-full bodied wine with medium finish. Flavors of fresh cherries, a tinge of oak and a bit of camphor. And the Carmenere added a pleasant spicy ‘kick’ to it. I very rarely come across Bordeaux blends with Carmenere and this wine was a rare treat for me. A very pleasant drinking experience!
