  Nose had alcool showing through, not enough fruit on this, rustic at best, not overipe but not a pleasant drink.
  Like most wines from Navarra, hard to get any finesse in the mix...short drying finish.

  By the glass. Another modern red wine that has not stood the test of time. Few aromas of compote fruit and notes from wood such as chocolate and toast. Without elegance or persistence. On the palate of something powerful and structured we have moved to a wine without grip or practically acidity. Full of defects after ten years IMHO.
  
  Por copas. Otro vino tinto moderno que no ha resistido la prueba del paso del tiempo. Pocos aromas si acaso de compota de frutas y notas de madera como el chocolate y los tostados. Sin elegancia ni persistencia. En boca de algo potente y estructurado nos hemos trasladado a un vino sin agarre ni prácticamente acidez. Lleno de defectos después de diez años en mi humilde opinión.

  Assemblage de Cabernet Sauvignon et Tempranillo. Bouquet séduisant de fruits noirs, violette, fumé et boite à cigares. Bouche sur des notes de cassis, mure, épices douces et chêne. 18 mois en fût de chêne français neuf lui confère encore plus de tonus et complexité. Équilibré et long. Tout simplement superbe.

  Au nez, ça sent sucré et beaucoup de cèdre! On se serait attendue à un vin plus lourd mais c'est plutôt raffiné et les tanins sont adoucis. À son meilleur après environ 30 min de carafe, s'est un peu estompé par la suite. Peut sans doute vieillir mais ce vin me semble prêt.
