  Consistent with last bottle. Deep ruby in color, this wine reveals subtle rhubarb, fennel and cherry compote on the nose. The mouth feel is light bodied with hints of cinnamon and cola. The finish is medium bodied with the acidity well integrated with the spice and red fruit elements. 13.8% abv.
  
  Purchased for $17US, this is a well priced offering that seems to have integrated and filled out nicely since first tasted April, 2018.

  This bottle performed much better than last one tasted April, 2018.
