  Another classic eiswein from this vintage. This the auction bottle and probably just a step up in weight relative to the other vineyard selections from the same year. No perceptibly botrytis for this gold capsule. Mayer lemon with a hint of orange peel. Plenty of electric acid but nicely integrated. Drank with a tart lemon curd dessert that pushed this wine to the limit. A great wine and an interesting comparison to a classic 2001 Azzu Essencia with its apricot notes.
