I enjoyed this, my first Grillo, I believe. Like a cross between Sauv Blanc (slight green, pyrazines) Muscadet and Chablis (salinity, acid and minerality). Pale, lighter bodied, crisp acid, refreshing and food friendly. By the glass at Hearth Kitchen.
