  • BYO Lunch at Wa-I. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear is clear, pale intensity, yellow lemon. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of wet stony minerality, saline, slight briney oyster shell, white peach. Developed.
On the palate, dry, rounded high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of lots of minerals - stony, saline, slight oyster shell, smoked stones, ripe white peach and citrus lemon drops. Medium+ to long finish that is rounded and lightly honeyed.
Very good quality. Drinking as an early approachable Bougros should.
