  Brewed from 60% malted barley, 40% unmalted wheat, old hops, water and sour cherries (min 35%). Bottle fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Abv 5.6%. Bottled Dec 12, 2017. Blend no 9, season 17/18; macerated for 5 months.
  
  Pours a lightly hazy rich ruby-plum color, strikingly; good light persistent head. Nose lightly gamy and funky with a sour lambic base, leathery dark cherries. Palate tart yet incredibly well balanced, great fleshy cherry depth, very long finish. Outstandingly crafted, possibly the best fruit sour I’ve had in my limited experience. Great potential for aging. 94 pts
