Beautifully nose full of evergreen forest floor funk, raspberry and grilled herbs. The palate has a pronounced minty, wintergreen note. Smooth but with good structure on the finish. At peak.

Light to medium bodied style. Nose of strawberries, raspberries and touch of earth. Tasted of lush plums, cherries and strawberries. I was more impressed with this than what I remember from when I tasted it at the winery.

More open than the last bottle - a broad swath of red cherry, black raspberry, chalky earth, pine forest, sweet chocolate milk and a touch of rhubarb pie. I think drink sooner than later as the finish showed a little green towards the bottom of the bottle. Continues to be an excellent QPR.

A tightly focused wine with very pure black cherry and raspberry fruit combined with herbal characteristics of dried grass, kirsch and sandalwood. Very similar to a Talley Rincon Pinot in style and quality. A superb QPR at around $25.
