  • Deep dark magenta purple - again like the Unity. Black currant, blackberry and black raspberry nose. Notions of dust as well. Nice and smooth on the palate with lots of black fruit. Medium bodied. Juicy acidity. Fine tannins and a medium long finish. The best of the Blank Bottles so far. Quite yummy!

  • Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
6 Cabernet vineyards, from 3 areas, vineyard sites ranging from 116 meters above sea level to 755m went into B.I.G. (in magnums). All the components are also bottled separately - UNITY, HBK, TOOLBAG, Mr. VILLA, But Why? And LEAVING THE TABLE as the Mixed Elevation Case to show the effect that height above sea level and proximity towards the ocean have on Cabernet Sauvignon.
    14.5% Abv.

    Irresistibly intriguing and idiosyncratic.
