Der høstes tidligt om morgenen, før varmen sætter ind. Druemosten macereres i 72 timer før føring, hvor der overpumpes 2-4 gange om dagen for at blande most og skaller. Efter gæring ligger mosten med faststofferne i 18 dage for makismalt udtræk af aromastoffer inden presning. Malolaktisk gæring sættes i gang ved inoculation / tilførsel af gær, der starter processen. Vinen lagrer 18 mdr. på fade; 50/50 franske og amerikanske, 40% nye.

Lots of cedar and dark cherry. A nice balance between acid, tannins and alcohol. Not too bad with some nice salty liquorice. Worked very well with lightly spiced grilled beef.

Very bright cab in the glass Fruit on the nose - Carmel and dark fruits Finishes quickly Low tannins low acidity- due to 72 hour pump over Skin tannins are there and more subtle Easy cab - not my style but good for people who are moving towards tannin type wines Slight Syrah and merlot added

Good solid, full bodied cab. Has some tannin to give a little depth as well.

Doft av mörk röd frukt och lakrits. I smaken mer blå frukt, kaffe och blyerts. Bra syra och välbalanserat.
