I really enjoyed this Ardore ‘15. Upon opening, the room was filled with a beautiful bouquet of freshly picked red and black berry fruit. Color is deep, purple/magenta, full-bodied, potent but so balanced. Aromas and palate of rose petals, chilled lush fruits, mints, eucalyptus, slight tar, slight earth, dust and melted licorice. Acid and tannic structure is strong. Nice lingering finish. Cheers!

The end of the Jimbopalooza fo tonight. Tied for 3rd WOTN, IMO.......luscious red, juicy fruit. Big line of energy/acidity. Deep, dense wine. Perhaps just a tad of heat on the back end. My last one, but enjoyed by all at the end of the night. Good times with great friends and great wines......
My first bottle of Celani. A beautiful wine, in a good place. Hedonism is gone but the dark black fruit is still strong with a few layers and wonderful acidity. Tannins are there but soft and integrating nicely. This is very well made and very balanced, and in a nice place. What more can one ask for?
A headonistic New Year’s Eve bottle, which was amazing with deep dark fruit and a nice dry draw finish. Great complex nose of graphite and dried cherries, perfect balance of fruit forward without the sweetness associated with such heavy bold cabs. A wonderful pour which I’m glad to have 2 more bottles of to save for other special occasions

This wine has a lot in the tank- too early to see what all it will be, but I had to try one to get my basis. Traditional, big Cab, with a lingering finish that will only get better. Waiting until 2020 to open the next one.
