Straw yellow color, not much nose. Needed 1/2 hour to open up. A simple wine, lots of fruit, no acid or structure. Like sitting in a bean bag chair. Comfortable while you are in it, but not the greatest experience for sitting.

Good, pale straw yellow in color. Nice, aromatic nose of flowers, petrol, lemon, and apple. The palate is of medium light body, with good flavors of apple, citrus and a touch of peach. The finish has medium plus length with a nice mineral tinge at the end.

Compendium of Wines tasted @ Imperial Treausure GW (Imperial Treasure @ Great World City): Light golden or as GV would call it... Ric Flair Gold. Beautiful kerosene dominates with tropical pineapples following. Pretty high lemon acidity base ...very much like a new world riesling.....Very interstingly, there are hints of dry grass like a NZ sauvignon blanc. Finished dry and unfortunately short to medium. Perfect with the silver fish.

Mardi Gras 2008 (Casa Jay & Teresa's): Liked just a bit more than the PBlanc. Showed nice minerality on the nose with slight petroleum and green apple. The palate is crisp with green fruits, citrus, and minerals. Light to medium body. Went nicely with the shrimp app as well as oysters.

color: Straw nose: apple, lime and wet stone. A hint of sweet fleshiness, turning crisp and dry with a lingering citric acidity. clean and pure - a straitforward well balanced wine and decent value.
