  • As a previous reviewer said concerning IL&P's Sauvignan Blanc, "No producer for this wine, just the company that imported it to the UK and bottled it, International Logistics and Procurement Ltd. The name says it all, and this was very much a commercial, bulk wine". But for a Viognier this is a decent mass produced wine. It's not a Condrieu of course, but it's basically well made and at a price in the UK (£4.20) you can't argue with it too much. More and more low cost but well made Viognier is emerging from there massive vignobles of southern France. It's a welcome change from mass produced Sauvignon Blanc, for me at least. I've found excellent quality Viognier from Jean-Claude Mas at remarkably low cost from Lidl in France.
