  • 14.2% alcohol. Delicious. Fabulous nose that is quite elegant, packed with blue and black fruit, with a hint of cherry lingering in the background. In the mouth, structured and purely delineated. Layers of fruit unfold, each one presenting some new complex nuance -- a floral edge, some meatiness, then some earth. Good acidity. Really long, luscious finish with a touch of tannin. A-

  • Dark purple color. Aromas of fruit and brandy. Good intensity. Taste of blackberry,plum and pepper. Pepper intensifies with air. Flavors broaden to include flowers and herbs. The broad range of flavors bring pleasure. Wine paired beautifully with rack of lamb.
