A decent cellar defender and for $20 about 5 years ago! Medium purple garnet intensity with a nose roses raspberries, red and black cherries. Additionally, Chocolate, Earthy and mushroomy on the palate. Dry, medium bodied with some structure still, ending in a medium 25 second finish. Has resolving tannins helping this wine along to be better. This is a good wine, and it's likely of similar structure and flavour annually.
Buy it again... Sure. Save it 5 years. Not. Likely over did this one by about 2 years. Drink up!!.... It's not getting better.
PS- Drink the Rainbow!
PSS- after it warming, getting a little air, it's not improved. Matter of fact, it's hard for me to believe it's fully Shiraz. Something added, like Malbec? Definitely a little residual sugar... Or something!

Screw cap. Medium+ intensity nose offers ripe black cherry and blackberry aromas combined with enticing black pepper notes. It is medium-full bodied on the palate with mocha, licorice, oak spice and touches of mint joining the black cherry and black pepper notes on the flavour profile. It has fresh acids and smooth, supple tannins. Earthy and mocha notes linger on the finish, with very good length.

Shiraz druif.
