Holding up quite well. Very full-flavored, nice dark fruit, leather and a hint of cherry cola. Still a little hot from the high alcohol (15.7%) but I served it at cellar temperature (55 degrees) and the heat dissipated nicely after twenty to thirty minutes in the glass. Paired nicely with a wood smoked pizza.

Fruity nose. Intense dark fruit with touch of sweetness, more than my preference, although the wine was good with food (burgers and sides). Some spiciness with pepper and faint licorice finish. Too much alcohol (15.7%!) for my taste which made it drink a little hot. Despite not fitting my preferred style, I still enjoyed the wine but would not buy again.

76% Zinfandel, 13% Charbono, 6% Grenache and 5% Petite Syrah. Beautiful aromas and flavors of cooked strawberries, plums, baking spices, vanilla and black licorice. Soft and integrated tannins. A bit of chocolate and violets on the finish. Plush and juicy but in very good balance. Excellent!

Strawberry, jam, spice (allspice or clove) on nose. Pencil shavings appear after 30 min in glass. On palate, bold, dark fruit, pepper, and some alcohol spiciness. Heavy alcohol at 15.7% but balanced with tannins and acidity. Tannins are on softer side and round. Low-medium acidity. Softens nicely after spending time out of bottle. Big zin that would stand up to big dishes but softens with enough time to be able to drink with a burger.
