Community Tasting Notes (2) Avg Score: 91 points

  • Had a glass from a freshly opened bottle at restaurant. This was dominated by a rather unusual (at least for Chablis) note of orange peel and candied lemon. Not sure if just a slightly off bottle or the house style

  • Very solid and very much a textbook GC Chablis.
Light oaky dynamic on the nose gives way to limes, flint and very solid mineral, saline core reminiscent of a Santorini Assyrtiko.. Good fruit fresh limes, light honey touch on the finish but really a very well done very well structured wine. 91-92 and very good.
