  Extra bottle from Chablisienne. On the nose citrus and white flowers, on the palate a sweet touch, high but approachable acidity, hint of hazelnut, long finish. Blind I would not have pointed to Chablis but rather to a non oxidative (ouillé) Chardonnay from Jura. Very good with fish and risotto, drink now or during the next five years.
