Supple, easy to drink after a 4 hour decant. Merlot really smoothes out the Cab and the resulting is easy to drink with good depth of flavor. ox blood and damp earth with a nice amount of acid and fine tannins on the finish.

Clear dark red color. Pepper, blackberry, leather and nicely integrated oak. Balanced. Some tannins still, but absolutely drinkable now. Nice blend.

Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind Australian Wine (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Nicely floral start with both sweet and savory spice enhancing ripe black fruit that is clearly balanced and charming. Very well done, very good now.
