Fresh pineapples, pears, herbs, stony minerality; very creamy texture on the palate, beautiful purity, fresh, lingering finish, just slightly peppery. Impeccable balance, very elegant. I think this would do very well with some more cellar time to develop some more complexity. 16.5/20

Bought four different GG of this to me unknown VDP producer, this was the first one I openend.
Brilliant Pinot Blanc, one of the best I ever had. Concentrated and complex palate with pear, white flowers, yeast, minerals (salt), summer herbs and white pepper. Long creamy finish.
Looking forward to drinking my other Minges GGs (all Riesling)!

Still young and fresh with dried pineapples and fresh acidity. Lovely fruit here. Still happy with my last note. 16.5/20
