Outstanding QPR. Very tasty. Balanced, opulent and focused. Darker yellow color than expected. Nose is unremarkable. There is a tendency to describe other fruits in tasting notes. Usually that helps to define the wine. This wine certainly has pineapple on the back end and invites some more imagination. But, mostly, it tastes of….wait for it…grapes. Yummy delicious, peeled grapes. Full and redolent. Chablis but with lower acid. Food friendly. In fact, much better with food (we had fish). Not a revelation, just a solid, enjoyable glass of wine. Recommended.

Consistent with previous notes this past April. This wine punches way above its class. Very Chablis-like, but also now developing some unique butterscotch and honey notes on the finish. Drink 2020-2024. Technical score: 90. Enjoyment score: 92.
