This has aged exceptionally well! My note on this evening is basically the same as over a year ago, with significant acidity balancing out the spicy oak notes really nicely. This paired superbly with orange chicken pasta that had heavy cream and plenty of parmesan cheese. Sad that this was our last bottle.

This was another excellent wine from Selby! This chardonnay was a medum yellow-gold in the glass, with a pleasing nose of pear, melon, and buttery oak. The palate, however, demonstrated a medium-bodied chardonnay with pear, melon, citrus, and a moderate amount of buttery, toasty oak. This was very well-balanced, however, and not over-oaked, with a nice level of acidity to support everything and keep it from being heavy or cloying. Very nice and glad to have one bottle remaining.

A great price-to-quality ratio. Rich, oaky, and yet smooth, and nice. A great find from a fun, young, up and coming winemaker.
