  a quite peculiar cannonau in a way resembling to Primitivo di Manduria, with its taste reminding of "drying" of the grapes, typical of Amarone as well. At the nose, earth and underbrush, at palate you feel both its elegance and its delicate rustic essence with its complex nuances of spices and underbrush again, with some bitterness in the end.
