This was really quite stunning and has aged amazingly well. Like a hypothetical cross between a great white burgundy and rich new world fruit: the aromatics are all bright fruits and stone, followed by a palette of intense tropical flavours, kept bright by an electric spine of acidity. I'm not big on numerical ratings, but I'm definitely 94 points on that =:-D. Chardonnay is without a doubt the signature grape of Ontario.

Starting to show some age as honey has crept in to the flavour profile and the colour is showing quite a bit darker. Delicious though and some nice lift at the end…

Deep yellow with glints of gold. Some mango notes a just a dash of matchstick char on the nose. A creamy start leads the palate through lush fruit to a final tartness that is refreshing and leaves a lively final impression. Delicious and should keep developing for a couple more years.

Fabulous, it had the qualities of a new world oaky Chard that I love, but it was more food friendly than your typical 'bomb' - It was very deep gold in colour, nice concentration, very deep fruit notes on the nose with complimentary oak notes, very smooth on the palate, with a lengthy finish (91 Points).

Deep straw, greenish tinge; floral, oranges, pineapples, butterscotch, minerals; citrusy, pear, buttery, medium body, bracing acidity, long finish. New world opulence with old world minerality and acidity. Amazed at the length of finish. Excellent with curried chicken. Ageable. Very impressed.
