  • Coastal Chilean sauvignon blanc. Prominent green pepper notes, with minerality, depth and complexity. Grown on limestone slopes in northern Chile, 7.5 miles from the ocean, at an altitude of 500 feet. Went just fine with sauteed monkfish medallions and napa cabbage with garlic scapes. Great value at $22, recommended by Empire State of Wine store in NYC.
