  Drank these 2 bottles separately over several months. Last bottle recorded here although both bottles were similarly great. From memory on last bottle. Took a bit of time to open up but then just so juicy of tart apples, unripe peaches, citrus, and minerals. Nice depth and finish. Complex and a joy to drink.
